BT Telephone Transaction Service

BT’s telephone transaction service which allows you to make applications, switches and withdrawals simply by calling our Customer Services team on 0800 800 661 between 8.30am - 5:30pm, Monday – Friday - it is not an automated information service. This is a quick and easy way to transact on your investment as generally no paperwork is involved.

How does it work?

Simply telephone our Customer Services team and quote your own Personal Identification Number (PIN) as well as your investor number followed by your instructions. Your request will be repeated to you to ensure it has been understood.
All calls are recorded. In addition you will receive your PIN in a security envelope with no reference to BT or your investment details.

Signing onto this service

There is no need to apply for this service. You will automatically receive a PIN number when you complete and sign an application form from a current offer document. If you want to make applications using this service you will also need to complete a direct debit authority, which again is found in the current offer documents.
