BT Link
BT Link is our
telephone transaction service which allows you to make applications,
switches and withdrawals simply by calling our Customer Relations team
on 0800 800 661. BT Link connects you directly with a Customer Relations
Consultant - it is not an automated information service. This is a quick and
easy way to transact on your investment as generally no paperwork
is involved.
How does
it work?
- Simply telephone
our Customer Relations team and quote your own Personal Identification
Number (PIN) as well as your investor number followed by your
instructions. Your request will be repeated to you to ensure it
has been understood.
- BT Link
provides a high level of security. All calls are recorded. In
addition you will receive your PIN in a security envelope with
no reference to BT Funds Management or your investment details.
Signing on
to this service
- There is
no need to apply for this service. You will automatically receive
a PIN number when you complete and sign an application form from
a current offer document. If you want to make applications
using this service you will also need to complete a direct debit
authority, which again is found in the current offer documents.
